Quality gear that you pay for.... Shipping isn't the fastest. But I know I'm getting a solid product when I buy from Denali.

Install was challenging for me. But got it done. Great setup and everything needed was included. Directions could be a little more detailed. But solid build quality. There's a YouTube video out there that gave a great step by step for me that I used. Amazing lights.

Online order was easy. Shipped and delivered as promised. It would be nice if Denali offered discount for repeat customers and/or for a member of a motorcycle group (HOG, BMWMOA, AMA, IBA, etc.).

I miss when Trailtech made lights and switches, the crash bar mounts that they had were way nicer as well.

All was as expected except for delivery took longer than expected

Everything went off without a hitch. Ordered the D7 Pros and got them in a couple days.

Customer service was top notch. Very quick to respond and they know their products. Walked me through all my options.

After I had settled on the D7 Pro as the light I wanted, I was confused about what control to get. The first person I spoke to, insisted that I needed the Cansmart control. Fortunately I made a second call and asked for technical support and the person I spoke to explained them to me in detail and advised me to get the dial dim.

Slow diapatch

Although the items ordered were for my specific bike, there seems to be a lot of extra cables and such. It be useful to have more bike specific instructions on how the wiring should be routed and connected, especially when using two canbus units.

This was my first time purchasing, and I was a bit worried about the ordering process and installation after receiving the product. However, I received very helpful and courteous support, which made everything much easier. Thank you very much.
