The purchasing experience was very easy. From date of the online purchase to delivery date was about four days. It came right on time to gift for my friend's event. Von Payne also provided FedEx tracking information for peace of mind. One small suggestion, is if they could have provided a nice box to contain the bottle instead of in a taped up cardboard box - maybe a velvet lined coffin box for the whiskey would've been a nice touch!
