Your company's all about getting that money and then not being able to get that first product on time. So three weeks later you finally get it after paying for it practically a month prior and then you immediately send another package of this crap right afterwards without giving and notice so I could rearrange his subscription instead of being charged again for product that I didn't need at that time and ended up making my poor dogs allergies worse. Can't get a refund. Waste of time and money.

Seems to take a while for order to arrive. Also, I joined auto-ship and I need to change the frequency of delivery but have not been able to get in contact. There needs to be a better way to handle the auto-ship scheduling.
