It is rather frustrating to receive very frequent emails reminders to 'rate' my recent Bjorem purchase, considering we cannot submit a star rating without also writing a review. It's rather misleading and clickbait-y that the 'reminder' emails from Bjorem feature what looks like a super quick way to submit your star rating right there in the body of the email, but instead takes you to the webpage and makes you fill out a written review too! Disappointing customer experience; fabulous product.

After purchasing a $4 item I received almost daily reminders to review the “product” I purchased. It says Order # 9999 making you think somehow you purchased another order that you didn’t. So you open the email and it is just a bother for a review. At least on TPT if I decided to review an item I get an incentive of 10% rewards. This was a consistent bother without any incentive. No coupon for future purchases.
