Chris is by far the most pleasant experience I have had with any business owner. I purchased the flex mount for my Shoei RF-SR and slightly botched the install. I sent Chris a video to get his opinion on it and he immediately sent out a replacement. The customer service was absolutely outstanding and he could have easily just told me I need to buy another mount rather than making the priority my experience (and the safety of my action camera).
