We ordered on the 26/09 and the confirmation email stated our order would be shipped within 1-2 days and with us within 2-3 days however, the order was not shipped until the 03/10 by which time we should have actually received the cage. For some reason, our order arrived in two separate deliveries on the same day. We understand there can be unforeseen delays however, we received no communication to alert us to any issues.
