Exchanging the colour was a very tedious and long process unfortunately lots of towing and throwing and then when I finally did send it back I was told that they didn’t have the original invoice despite me sending a photograph of a invoice number many correspondence on live chat and email so the exchange was delayed for quite some time but once I did receive my product I’m happy with it I did not get a refund for the postage however which I was promised
