Avoid EVAAM at all costs. Expect to be contacted 3-7 days or multiple emails after you’ve reached out. Forget about returns. EVAAM will “work with you” to find a resolution. In the end they will make you jump hoops and tell you they respect your decision to return items only to not follow through. What’s really funny is they try to incentivize you to stay with them by offering some cheap accessory. What they fail to realize is that their lack of communication and inability to follow through with
