I reached out to Customer Service regarding the range issue. The company responded immediately and was responsive. It turns out that the 30 day return does not apply if the product is mounted, so in my case, running the tests invalidated the return policy. Delivery took 30 days, the return policy doesn't apply if you install the parts and they don't work as advertised range wise. In the end, you are buying nothing more than a pretty face.

Again, I believe this was a scam and it cost me $250 to find out they sent nothing to my home. I haven’t received checked everywhere for this product and never received it. Also, I don’t have a tracking number, so no idea where the product ever even went. Unfortunate but I warn you not to use this company as it is a scam in 2026.
