End to end it was great. Customer service was prompt also. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to the confusion on ordering a head of schedule and having to pay extra to guarantee delivery by a date. Feel it’s discouraging for a consumer to pay more to guarantee a date when they have already provided 2-3 weeks notice for delivery.
