Great

The item stopped working after just 3 days.

Took forever to get a faulty product, and now I am waiting and waiting to get return information.

I was very unsure about wearing my Optim ring but it is fantastic and very comfortable. The app is really easy to use ( I’m 62 ) and I’m thoroughly enjoying keeping up to date with everything.

Overall it was good. The customer service was great and the products so far have been good, too. Unfortunately we waited for a long time to receive our products due to being out of stock. We ordered our rings, got our sizing kit 2 days later and I sent the email with sizing the same day we received the kit and then the next day, one of the rings was out of stock. Optim did offer to send a different color ring but I declined .. just bummed we waited so long for our products. Unfortunate timing.

I was informed through the process of shipment details. Delivery was as expected.

I only wish shipping was faster. However, I appreciate their updates with tracking info.

Once the ring sizer arrived it was an easy process to confirm and arrange for the ring to be sent

The ring stopped working only 3 months after purchase. When I contacted support, my only option was to repurchase at a small discount because I hadn’t bought an extended warranty, which I don’t think should be necessary for such a short timeframe. Disappointing experience with both the product quality and the after-sales support. If I wanted something I needed to replace every few months, I would have chosen a cheaper alternative.

I sent an email reaching out about concerns but felt unheard and like I was brushed off.

Customer service is very quick at responding and very helpful

It took a while for sizing kit to arrive but it was very quick from submitting my ring size to it arriving.

I ordered a bigger size and needed smaller but customer service was amazing very helpful.

Took a while after ordering to get it but love it now it’s here

The service was absolutely amazing, only reason it’s missing a star is because of the issue with my ring turning up a little bit looser than what I had expected from the size guide kit.

It took forever to get and it doesn’t work/charge.

Comfortable to wear like the information that it records it’s a little inaccurate when it comes to sleep because I know I’ve absolutely been awake and I’ll look at the sleep schedule and it shows that I’m in a light sleep perhaps if I continue to use it it will get more accurate

When I placed the order, my ring was out of stock which I would not have known if I did not reach out.
