Very good customer service so far. Been wearing my ring for 2 weeks and it was more comfortable than both the oura and ultra human rings I tried and subsequently sent back. The battery life matches industry averages so far and the date is about 80% accurate from what I can tell when compared to my Garmin watch that I’ve been wearing and trusted for years. The app could use a bit of polish and further explanation on a few things but overall a good product after three weeks use.
