The ring doesn’t work. I charged it multiple times- it’s lit up while charged and as soon as I take it off it turns off and does nothing. I’ve reached out to customer service with NO RESPONSE. Also it’s tighter than the size kit. I wore the fake ring for 3 days and this one is definitely tighter so they need to fix that too.
