Easy shopping delivery was a bit long before I got the ring

Customer service is brilliant too. Very fast to get back to you.

Good shopping experience but I recommend buying a size up if your fingers swell overnight or in the heat

Everything came as described. Shipping was relatively quick. No complaints on the process.

The positive is that customer support responded and eventually offered either a replacement ring or a partial refund. I chose the replacement and the new ring performs is much better.

I ordered it and it was delivered after about 12 days

Delay in delivery due to high demand, however I was kept up to date and the customer service was excellent.

Company was very prompt with responding when I had issues! Received my ring and I love it!

Overall it has been fine. The website has been a bit tricky to use with no place to put my ring size when I went to order. I had to send an email to let them know my ring size. The website is slow to load.

Had to chase my order up and was delayed and now it’s came and useless in less than 2 months of having it

Bad battery, incorrect readings, bad integration with android

So far so good nice sizing and no subscription needed

The rose gold color was out of stock when I originally ordered but Optim customer service quickly let me know and allowed me to change to another available color. They also threw in a charging case for the inconvenience! I haven’t received my order yet but I’m so excited to get it!!

It was good it did take a while for the sizer to come and a little longer for the actual ring which I haven’t gotten yet but I’m excited to receive!

Paid for expedited shipping. Didn't feel expedited at all. More than a couple of weeks to arrive from China.

Shipping took a long time but overall the ring is great and I’m really pleased!

Customer service was very friendly and helpful however it did take a few days to hear back at one point and the shipping for the ring did take a little longer then I would've liked. I only wish the ring had half sizes. So far I've really enjoyed having it and it feels it would be comparable to others at a fraction of the price.
