Extremely disappointing. What should have been a simple order correction turned into weeks of chasing refunds, incorrect deliveries, poor communication between departments, and repeated explanations. In the end, I never received the order I actually purchased and only obtained a resolution after involving my credit card provider

The ordering online and delivery communication was very good and quicker than advised , No luggage tags included ? did flag this but speed of shipment may be the reason .

BEWARE. This is exactly what concerns me. Instead of dealing with the issue, my posts appear to keep getting removed while the underlying problem remains unresolved. I ordered 3 cases and only received 1. The item I received did not match what I expected, and the refund process has so far been non-existent from my experience. Customer service repeatedly sends the same generic response saying they are “looking into it,” but after more than a week nothing has actually been resolved.

The cover for the case is not fit for purpose and has clearly caught on something when the case was being put into the cardboard box. I must admit I am somewhat surprised that it has now gone on so long for this simple issue to be resolved.
