The product itself is as described, however the batch/run information appeared to be out of date. After checking with the team at Seb, they advised it was a printing error. The response was a bit strange, as they mentioned they were already aware of the fault but didn’t acknowledge or thank me for raising it. Given that essential oils are applied topically, I would have expected more care and reassurance around a faulty label.
