Always love shopping with you all. It feels like a boutique experience even shopping online. I’m not sure if it’s my browser or your site, but I wanted to note that I love that I can hold items in my cart over multiple days as I consider my purchases. It encourages thoughtful shopping especially since these are investment pieces (for me).

I had excellent service from the bento consultation but I have been dissatisfied with other aspects of the shopping experience: flaws with the technology when placing an order, rigid policies, frequent discounts and sales that devalue the clothing (in my opinion), and errors with my order. Overall, I was underwhelmed with my experience.

Warehouse Sale!!!!! Incredible deals. Although sometimes a dress wouldn’t show unless I searched for it. Example Maaza in Savannah. It’s available but didn’t show in the sale. Same with the pepper, I’m glad I found it!! But it wasn’t because of the sale section, it was missing from that list.

The website needs work. For example, the filters should offer “petite friendly”, “tall friendly”, ets to make it easier to find products. I also wish there was an option to zoom in on the photos.

I always enjoy shopping that MM LaFleur - they have exceptionally crafted products that stand up to wear and tear. Solid investment pieces!

Not a great fit. Material was terrible, felt cheap. Proportions were off. Customer service wasn't helpful - told me that I could resell it if I wanted it off my hands. Would have been nice if they could help remediate. Unfortunately for them, they've lost a Customer like myself who would've likely been appreciative of their goodwill by giving them loyalty through future purposes.
