It took me forever to get your shoes. Your policy states shoes would be received between 11-17 days. I sent several emails asking about my shoes. When I contacted the courier that your company uses, they did not have the information to even give me an update. I finally received them after also more than 17 days. My husband, who has dementia and shuffles just received his 2 pair and they are great for him. They made him pick up his feet and aid in preventing falls. I would highly recommend these shoes to everyone but especially the elderly.
