Great Service

I’m so pleased with the whole process.

This is the 4th brand of barefoot"shoes I have tried. Finally a pair that actually fit properly. I love them!

The 3 pair ordering is a bit confusing, once you put the first color and size in the 2nd and 3rd should NOT automatically be filled with the same as #1 pick. You should be able to select color and size more easily.

Was surprised at how fast they arrived.

It was easy and fairly quick.

The arrival time they say it will be 7 days, and that is correct, it’s more around 13 days, you have to call customer service to remind them of your order and it arrives the next day.

Easy but not sure how to return or exchange so I donated 2 pair.

So far they feel very light-weight and I almost feel like I am walking around with just socks all day. I did have to order 1 size up. I am a 10 in womens and had to get an 11 now they fit perfectly. I work 12 hour days and require orthopedic support but so far they have been very comfortable. To be very transparent I wish they bottoms were a little thicker as it is rough walking on gravel or rocks with them if you are outdoors. Other than that they are comfortable so far! I was initially surprised to receive the first pair, as I had purchased BOGO. I contacted the company and they responded right away that they were shipped separately. A couple days later, the second pair arrived.

Shipping took longer than I expected but shoes are great. The fit and comfort are excellent.

Easy-to-use

Well like for some reason I ordered a size 5 instead of a size 8. So instead of me having to send that one back, I just paid a little extra and Will receive the correct size. Now I have to find somebody who has size 5. 🙂
