As I said before, you rely on a Chinese shipping company that opened my package and switched the product out for a pair of cheap plastic sneakers and stole my sunglasses. Your customer support team would not help or do anything to make this right. I bought these as a gift for my wife’s birthday and I was stuck without giving her anything. I’m so disappointed.
