Takes a bit to ship to the US but it’s worth the wait!

Everything was packed securely, and they even emailed to advise that a PoB i had ordered was out of stock and offered a new one, and even included some extra cards.

Shipping either takes 2 weeks or 6 weeks, no in between

Quick to reply and helpful.

The order process was easy. I waited long for the delivery and had troubles with tracking. SonI wrote to the customer service. They sent me the information they had. My parcel came in one piece. So in the end I was satisfied with purchase.

I’ve purchased from them many times because they offer the most affordable shipping rates. The costs are transparent, and once the package arrives in Italy, there are no extra fees, unlike many other online stores. The magazines are always very well packed. Once, a parcel was returned for being too heavy, so they split it into two shipments and resent it at no additional cost.

I never thought I'd have to leave a bad review, but today I have no choice. I placed my order last November, and since then, I haven't heard a thing about the package. I contacted the store and even the post office of my country, but they tell me different things. Nobody knows where the package is. The store tells me to wait, that it’s at French customs, and that it even arrived in France. But the post office tells me the package was NEVER sent by the store. The package is lost, and nobody is helping me find it. I had a lot of faith in the store. The products are good and so are the prices. But now I'm very disappointed. I spent over 500 euros, a huge amount for a non-existent package. I've spent so much money in this store in the past as well on other purchases that I'm sorry about it. I tried to get answers, I called customs, who hung up on me because it's the store responsibility. I emailed the transport company, got no response. And just "please wait" from the store. I've also made about ten calls to the post office, all for nothing because I need again to contact the store who is not helping me. Where is the package? I don't know, and neither does the store. I'm disappointed, very disappointed. You've lost a customer today. I trusted you, but now I won't be ordering from you again. They didn't help me at all. So be careful, too, if your package disappears, you won't get any help from this store. Just "please wait". How many times? Months ? Since the package was sent in December I've got Nothing. I even placed other orders in January that arrived on time. But when it comes to a lost package, you'll get nothing. Just a "please wait" again. I hope this message helps anyone who wants to place an order make the right choice. Have a good day.
