I think it's interesting that you have a 30-day money back guarantee on a product that you claim takes 60 days to work, but that's a whole different story. When I submitted a refund request, they only offered me the current sale price for a refund, not what I originally paid, and they also charge a $15 shipping/restocking fee. I don't care about paying it as long as I don't have to deal with this company anymore.

Very mixed experience. First one was a disaster since I was being charged twice the sale price that was advertised. I had to make multiple contacts to correct that glitch. Once I did, the correct price was charged and I received the unit. So far I'm happy with that. It has retarded the growth in the areas where I'm using it. My next purchase for the IPL unit was easy enough but the unit has done nothing to firm up skin on any parts of my body/face where I've used it. In the advertising it suggests that you'll see results right away. I've been using it for a few months and so far I've seen no difference at all.
