I was not happy with the toothbrush and immediately contacted the company. It took several emails before they responded and then the return process was very difficult. At first I tried calling customer service but I ended up getting a sent to a toll call in France where they spoke only French so I hung up. I then proceeded to send messages through Facebook and through my email. Customer service could be greatly improved.
