Creator's Friend store reviewsSee product reviews

Love my Writers Kit. The Student Kit was not for me.

Great experience! Customer service was quick to respond and gave updates every step of the way.

It took a long time, and the part of the order was missing.

I had to put a hold on my order as I was going out of town and the team took care of me no questions asked.

Shipping was slow, but was literally coming from the other side of the world. The product is great, and packaging was beautiful and cleverly simple.

I had a few problems and my order was delayed but Creator's Friend did well in sorting it out.

My orders had been delayed but customer service were super prompt and apologetic and got my orders to me ASAP. Would recommend.

Everyone’s really nice, but still don’t have my planner.

I love the way my items were presented in their drawstring bag. Thoughtful and carefully presented design and I get joy out of knowing I am supporting an Australian business.

It’s fine

I’m very happy with the products I ordered. They are exactly what I expected and the quality is great. My only disappointment was that the delivery time was a little longer than expected. Other than that, I’m very satisfied with my purchase!

The product took a long time to arrive, and when it did arrive, the product was worse than expected.

The team is fantastic. I had a question about the shipping of my order. I emailed on a weekend evening (so I wouldn’t forget) and expected I would receive a reply sometime during the week. Imagine my delight when I had a response that same day. The team obviously care about their customers. I will be ordering from them again.

A bit too glib and too little information

Easy and wonderful and pleasant and easy experience !

The website was a little bit tricky to navigate & I think a clearer explanation on how the books work would be helpful. I took a leap in making the purchase, which I’m glad I did, but the lack of info beforehand was almost enough to make me pass it up.

The experience has been great. The only thing I wasn't in love with was the wait time between placing order and recieving my order... 3 weeks felt excessive.

I'm a customer for life. The flexibility and variety are perfect for me.

Was a delay in shipping but customer service was excellent.

Lots to look at on the website, easy to order, and it va arrived on time and in great condition.

Site was easy to use and shipping was quicker then I expected given the distance!

The quality of the product is good/high. It’s not exactly what I was hoping for, but I admit I was taking a leap of faith based on social media videos and other peoples’ reviews. I kind of know I’m picky and probably shouldn’t have purchased any planner tools without seeing them in person first. I’ll share with friends so I don’t feel like I wasted my money on something I won’t use.

Perfect!

Bit slow on the delivery side of things. Overall the products are really nice, the cover is soft (l would recommend and personally buy another one) and the packaging was cute. I enjoyed opening the box, it felt like a gift, so that was cool!

Really easy and such a good variety

You did a good job updating my address when I asked but it took a really long time to ship.

My order was sent without customisation. There was no communication, just a refund for the customisation portion and the blank item sent. Why would I want the order at all without the customisation? What a waste of money.

Delivery was a bit slow and I didn't get one of the notebooks that was pay off the set and I was not informed of this prior to delivery.

Everything in stock and arrived in good condition.

Staff quickly responded to my inquiry

Nice variety of inserts

Please see previous comment. The experience was dreadful

Loved it

I find the slower shipping a little frustrating, I'm impatient, note that it is stated that products ship in I think it's 5-10 days on the website so it shouldn't come as a surprise.

Smooth, easy, and real

Love you all, the care and lovely way you package them makes it special treat when they’re delivered, thank you !

Products are beautiful, it was worth the wait to receive them. Fab communication and customer service. I received a message saying there would be an extra item to say thank you for being patient which wasn’t something I expected, I understand supply and demand…but there was nothing extra. The texture of the folio is absolutely lovely to touch and the lacing system is really cool. I’m in love and will be back to buy another for sure and definitely one for my sister and my daughters too. Thank yo

Love this product line and the company.

Poor delivery experience. unacceptable dispatch times. poor customer service when enquiring. gift did not arrive in time as order did not arrive until a month after ordering. i asked for express shipping after the order took more than 10 business days to dispatch after i was told 10 business days at most. this request was dismissed.
