Fulfilling an order and notifying postage is incredibly slow compared to other companies I've dealt with. I paid for express post on one order back on 30 June (which was an order I had hoped would be more suitable for my needs), I'm yet to receive any notification of this order being on its way. Most companies I've dealt with usually dispatch within 5-7 business days (even in busy periods such as EOFY sales).

Was too easy to fill up my cart- the hardest part was deciding what notebooks to fill my folio with!

Great experience however shipping took a bit long- expect that from a small business

Whilst delays were advised, I did need to follow up on my order. My order was then dispatched quickly on follow up. The service received on my order query was very efficient.

Useful and detailed.

A little slow on postage but then again it was a sale period.

When its sale time it takes a couple of weeks to get your order dispatched but that is the only fault (not really a fault) that I could find. The journals are packaged nicely and I love opening the box like it’s a present from me to me.

Helpful, efficient. Instructions on how to put the folio together were helpful and easy to follow.

Given that I made my purchase during a sale when volume was higher. The product did not ship within the stated turnaround time although when I reached out by email, the team was very friendly and did give me an update. No complaints about the customer service

Fast and easy

Worth the wait. As someone who owned an online store for more than five years, I always made dispatching customer orders a priority. I was disappointed by the relaxed customer service experience when I had to enquire several times about the dispatch of my order.While dispatch took longer than expected, shipping itself was very fast once the order was sent.The product was excellent and I would order again, but I’ll be sure to allow extra time for the dispatch delay

Delivery took a very long time

I’m giving 5 stars because they have a really great communication, community, and they are offering a really great product. I wasn’t happy with my shipping times but in AFTER receiving my purchase understand that they are doing they’re best to provide (especially for out of country) customers and they have something very good that I want to be apart of.

It took longer than expected and I wish I could exchange the notebook set for ones I would use.

It took too long to be sent out

A notebook lovers dream

From easy browsing and ordering even though the shipping was far to Canada it really didn’t take that long about 3 weeks. They even were able to make a quick update in my order after just a few hours after I placed it so customer service was amazing as well.

This brand is amazing and the prices are so, so good for the quality!

Took a wee bit of time to arrive, but it was coming all the way from Australia to the other side of the world, so only to be expected - otherwise everything was great
