Online shopping is easy - you can see what each booklet offers on a page, and buying is simple. Product is shipped from Australia but came quickly to Canada. What more could you ask for?

Reasonably timely postage (could be quicker but I know small business means juggling), and received in good order. It felt like care was taken with the monogramming and packaging.

The website was easy to navigate, everything I wanted was is stock, and I’m really happy with my order. It did take quite a while to ship, and then there were some issues with AusPost (not Creator’s Friend’s fault! But still impacted the full experience) but the customer service was amazing and they sorted everything and I’m happy.
