Initially my first order/delivery never arrived, however this had absolutely nothing to do with Lueur, it was the fault of the courier company. I contacted, Lueur Customer Services who very courteously, promptly & efficiently dealt with the matter, resending my order out to me again & this time I received it. All in all my overall shopping experience with Leuer is 100% positive & favourable, I would have no hesitation in either shopping and/or recommending shopping with them.
