Although there was a small issue with the date format, and the package unfortunately did not hold up well, I emailed them right after I ordered because I made a mistake on my address. They responded to me in less than 5 minutes and fixed my address, before the charge even hit my account! Also, its a custom product and I received it within 7 calendar days from order so I was very impressed with the customer service and expediency. Its always sketchy when you buy stuff from IG ads, but not this!
