Product arrived too late despite website saying that delivery was guaranteed before Valentine's Day. Product delivered is the wrong color. The customized text on the die and on the box are difficult to read. Customer service was contacted but was unhelpful, instead digging in their heels saying they could only offer me a $10 discount on the $75 purchase. This was a bad deal, and I would not recommend doing business with Dice Gift shop.
