Great!

I did not receive my full order. I got a necklace but no die. I reach out to customer service. They said they would send me the product, but it’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t received it yet or even a tracking number for my product.

Customer service is slow at responding to issues

It made it look like you were supposed to put the father’s name with the kids birthdate so that is what I did and then my boyfriend’s response was why isn’t kiddo’s name on it so I kind of wish that it would’ve explained that it was better for the kids name to be on there. I just don’t have the money to get it with the kids name on there since I already bought this one.

Response time is great. Transparency needs work. Let people know you outsource and how long shipping takes.

The absolute worst. Customer service would take days to respond and then would ignore my requests/statements. Didn't even get half of what i ordered ruined Mother's Day. Took almost 2 months just to get a refund. If i actually ever get what i ordered, maybe I'll update this.

This is an amazing company. They made sure that everything was done correctly and the gift that I purchased turned out amazing.

I will likely not order from here again. It was delivered to the wrong address and the company told me they couldn’t help me because it was my responsibility to track it down and did not offer to resend.

I think one thing to improve is for the order put the color stone that was chosen. If it was mentioned I could not find it. Otherwise all good.

I bought what I wanted… system tried to get me to buy everything I had no interest in as well instead of just letting me check out… started to feel like a digital hostage… not cool… Still getting a 4star rating because the product I received is worth it.

The dice itself is beautiful and looks just like I thought it would. It’s an anniversary gift to my fiancé, and I know he will love it. If the display box hadn’t had a small hole/dent in the bottom of it, it would’ve been perfect.

Ordered as an engagement gift, item never showed up, and when I emailed customer service to resolve the issue was only offered a discount to re order the item. no attempt to help resolve the issue, no refund offered. extremely frustrating and unhelpful.
