I have messaged and emailed DIYNAD 4 times over the last few months asking to cancel. This is now the third month that they have failed to respond and instead just taken my money. Customer Support is appalling. Impossible to cancel, you will be locked in for life if you take out a subscription

I've tried a couple of NAD at home epi pen solutions, but the DIYNAD+ was the cheapest, so I switched hoping to save a few quid. However I found the product to be inferior to others I've tried. (1) and most importantly I didn't get the same boost feeling, as I did with others. (2) when injecting it, it triggered a painful almost burning feeling in the injection area, which again I had no experienced with other solutions.
