I have ordered for almost 3 weeks ago (since February 8th) and still yet to receive anything as of today February 27. I sent an email on February 19th and got no response whatsoever. I tried contacting through social media platforms to no avail.
The order itself showed it should have been delivered by February 17th of which the tracking details has no information or movement at all.
