I absolutely love Minky Couture blankets and Minky Couture customer service. I buy blankets every month and have accumulated over 100 in two years. Most of the blankets have been amazing. Every now and then I return one that, in my opinion, just does not meet the Minky Couture standards, and customer service has always been patient and accommodating. I love the new tiered rewards program, but would like some higher tiers and rewards considering the amount of money I spend with Minky Couture.
