The website is beautifully designed and easy to navigate. The order came late, past the estimated time, making me feel like I had bought a scam item with no product in exchange. When the products were finally delivered, each item in the set was shoved into a clear plastic bag and then bunched up in another clear plastic bag. This could have easily been a packing from Temu, no offense to Temu. Despite the website's chic, aesthetic appeal, the packaging did not live up to expectations.
