The turquoise crystal pendant I received was not genuine. I verified this with a local crystal dealer. I own authentic turquoise crystals and am familiar with their natural hues and characteristics. The pendant I received had artificial hues and a manufactured dent, which are not features of real turquoise. I would not recommend purchasing from this dealer.
