My tracking number was stuck on label created for a couple weeks. I messaged and initially got some fast responses but then nothing. I kept checking on the tracking and it eventually started moving but it ended up being someone else's order. The response for the return was pretty fast though and my order was shipped out pretty quickly after sending the mistake one back!
