Great experience shopping Hanks belts! I originally ordered the Montana belt but when I received it I felt that the leather was thicker than I would like. I was easily able to return it and get the similar (but thinner) Wyoming belt. I absolutely love the belt, and genuinely appreciated the customer service and the ease with which I was able to exchange the unworn belt.
