No problem with any of my 3 purchases. When my 2nd purchase came in, I was concerned because all I received were the storage boxes, but I sent an email, and was quickly responded to. Was told it was in two shipments, and two days later, I received all three 4500 jump packs, which I gave to my employees for Christmas. Response to my email was quick, and problem was resolved quick as well.
