NO THANKS.
I never received the shirt. (I had ordered 2 mugs, one was free, and a Tshirt).
When I reached out to let the seller know that I did not receive the shirt and that it was a gift, I received this :
Thanks for reaching out to Cecilia's House!

Where every day is a beautiful day to be a Black woman
Per the policy, I did send photographs. However, this response was the first sign that this business was unprofessional as I had already paid $30.00 for a T-shirt in addition to my other items purchased based on a referral from another customer and instead of making plans to send me the missing Tshirt (that they had checked off as included, but sent me a "free" bag), they had to check with the warehouse to determine whether they would send me the Tshirt.
When I didn't hear anything back, (and because of the first email), I initiated a cashback for the amount of the Tshirt only. Because essentially, if the warehouse said they sent the shirt (which they didn't), then I was going to be out of a T-shirt (gift) and $30.
After the cashback, the owner reached out (on a weekend) and the business called me first thing Monday morning (I missed the call). This was the professional email I should've initially received. If I cancelled the cashback, they were willing to have someone from the "warehouse" drop it off. On the same day, someone kept calling me from a blocked number. When I answered, they asked for "Desiree" and I told them they had the wrong number. They then proceeded to call me back several times that day (from blocked) and I learned later it was the business. I thought this was unprofessional.
Via email, when I asked to be sent the shirt and would then cancel the cashback, the business pushed back with all these reasons they wouldn't or couldn't. I told them that those weren't my issues. They then went off on me via email and the business basically told me that they have their "evidence' (what?) and that they would not send me anything unless I cancelled the cashback. They told me that they were the most professional organization that I'd ever dealt with (what?).
The email was really nasty and I'm so thankful that I did not cancel the cashback because there was NO WAY they were ever going to give me the T-shirt anyway. I was a first time customer and there was no "Sista" service given at all. Instead, the warehouse people and the communications team ruined not only my interest, but the person that recommended me.
If you receive all of your products, you are fine. But I sure hope an item isn't missing. Somehow, they accuse you of being a thief and will not take accountability.
