I ordered the ring on June 5th for my wife’s birthday on July 1st. It was marked as shipped right away as the label was created, but sat waiting for shipping company to receive the item for 3 weeks :( Then it took another week to receive it. So if your doing the math, it showed up on July 5th…4 days after her birthday. Also, they ghosted me after my first email. So not very professional at all. And they actually advertise how fast their shipping is.
