I was sent a bottle and charged for the subscription that I never requested or signed up far. I use Ember and Hydroglyph often, so it will definitely be put to use. But it was sent and charged at an unexpected time and I was not prepared for it. This happened to my wife last year when she ordered for me so I was already aware and tried to be cautious of it.
