Big big delay in posting item. Supplier issues…

I hadn’t dealt with this company previously and after ordering my Starsopes on April 24th and other than thanking me for my order , I heard nothing regarding despatch until May 14th when I sent an email enquiry. I did get a prompt reply to my email that confirmed my order and said the item was out of stock and that my order was being “prepped for despatch”. Reassuring no, and not definitive regarding when it would be sent. My order did arrive on June 17th as ordered and great product.

i did not think about the dollar value shopping o/seas so iwas quite shocked by the diferent price invoice to bank statement. maybe a warning note? on ad. i had some issues but they were handled very well. thank you..

It took AGES to come and didn't come with any possible: "Would you also like to buy offers" (please see my earlier not above re: mobile and tripod connectors).

Delivery is a mess. Complaints or questions to customer care remain unanswered. I ordered mid of May, did not recieve the product until now but shal rate the product and the shopping experience! :-(

I was well and truly amazed by the poor quality of all aspects. The only thing that was fast was the money going swiftly out of my bank account. Fake products sold by the best scam artists in the UK.

Item seemed to take ages to get to me and then I had to write to them to ask where it was.

Delivery time was far too long.

After complete shopping, it kept offering extra and I accidentally committed for extra item which was really annoying.

A bit of an unexpected delay, but after querying why, & told it was due to stock constraints, communications were good, & it turned up !

Just a pity it took so long to get to me because of some union strike

Never received the product. Scammers, cheats and liars!! I even paid for a lifetime warranty on a product I never got.

Easy to deal with!

My monoculars never arrived at my address or probably never dispatched from the " factory " in China. I am convinced that the whole monocular offer was a scam. Please surprise me and prove me wrong and deliver them to my address. I won't hold my breath.

I ordered the product in April and received it in June. Very disappointing experience.
