Upon receiving my product over 2 1/half boxes were damaged in the shipping. I’ve yet to receive a refund or any response to my emails.

What a joke! 2 months to get 2 boxes of flooring? Then they tried to switch products on me with flooring I could have bought at Lowes for a LOT less $$$. When it finally was delivered it was all beat up and many of the boards are chipped! Run away from them! Figure something else out!!
