Initially, one of the 2 projectors immediately blew a globe after 10 minutes of working. The followup service was impeccable - contacted them and let them know what happened, they asked me to send a short video of the fault - which I did - and they immediately sent out a replacement. Excellent customer service.

I would like a refund item powered up for about 2 mins then blacked out on screen and lost power....i unplugged n re-plugged it started again but all controls were disconfigured operating backwards... i un-plugged and re-plugged again only for the stick to then have a sizzle n spark before smoking and just going poof😡
