I returned my projector after it started making a very loud noise. A MovieHub staff member named Lexi gave me instructions to return the item for a refund. I followed every step, provided the tracking number, and sent photo proof that the item was delivered.
Despite contacting MovieHub five times via email and Instagram, I have received no response and no refund. I am now out of pocket $300.
Based on my experience, the advertised 30-day money-back guarantee has not been honoured. buyer beware!
