The store's return policy feels quite restrictive, as only offering store credit instead of a refund limits flexibility. Additionally, having to cover both delivery and return costs adds to the concern. I’d love to shop more, but the inability to receive a refund if an item isn’t suitable is a drawback. I recently received an item I wasn’t entirely satisfied with, and since returning it again would mean paying for return shipping and another delivery fee while only receiving store credit, I have decided against making further purchases until there's a better policy that works for customers too.
