You use “Shop” for order taking and mailing, and it didn’t allow me to correct an autofilled address. Merch customer service was great, and very responsive. But you need to have better partners. If I bought it on Amazon, I would have had an estimated delivery date from the moment I placed the order. But zero info on the service you use
