I received 3 of 4 items ordered. Loved the ones I received but mysteriously never received the fourth item that was ordered at the beginning of this month. Customer service said it still needed to ship, but I haven’t been able to track the order and have already received many opportunities to review this item already marked as ‘delivered’ even though it never arrived. Now I won’t be able to gift it to my mother in law since I won’t be seeing her for Christmas Day. It was going to the perfect gift.
