Took well over 5 months for product to deliver. Would have been better experience if cash wasn’t charged up front but rather at shipping time.

Loved it

There was a lengthy delay with my order . I understand delays happen - and I love to support smaller business ! However; as the buyer - more correspondence and updates would be appreciated.

No complaints only good things to say about the product and company

Initially, the communication from customer service was not very good. It took a long time for the purse to arrive and I understand some of the reasons for the delay, but I had to send several emails to find out what was going on.

Ordered item for a Christmas gift but it was delayed and had to be a March birthday gift. Not sure what the delay was but no big deal.

I love my ring and it's great to support a small vegan business. Great product and item is as described. Would buy from again. Thanks so much

Whilst my purchased items took a while to get to me, they were responsive and reassuring during the wait. When they got here, they were all fabulous and the presentation and hand written note were super cool.

Worth the wait!

There was a fairly long wait for the wallet, but customer service was good about letting me know what was going on and I of course understand.

Best customer service, cannot say that about many online shopping outlets.

Belt arrived about a month later than advertised, but also when I contacted them they did their best to speed it up for me

It took several months to arrive but the customer response was quick and kind.

There was a hold up but the company kept me informed

This brand is composed of amazing people. Their human quality is unparalleled, and their expertise shows in every single product. It is not the first item I have ordered from them. True craftsmanship.

The customer service was responsive, kind, and courteous. The only downside was the lengthy shipping time, although this is understandable given the location.

Well, there had been a little mistake with one of my orders, but it has been dealt with and in the process of being solved with surprisingly great efforts from the company’s side. I know mistakes happen but the way they handled it was great. I love their products!

You sent the wrong product and now I have to pay to return it.

Pricey, even on sale and took 2 months longer than I understood it would take to arrive. Products are great though.

There was a delay in my shipping that was quickly addressed when I reached out to them. Very professional!

Everything went smoothly, the website is set out really well

It did take longer to receive and I did have to contact them to see what the status was, but they responded quickly and I didn't have a problem with it.

Product perfect 🤩 Communication can be improved, order confirmation and realistic shipping times. I thought that I have been scammed for a couple of weeks and that could be easily avoided whit an effective communication.

Poor. Product only shipped upon chasing 22 days after ordering.

After a month of no word, I contacted the company to ask for an update on my bag and they said it would be sent immediately. I'm not sure what the delay was, and was wondering if they lost my order or something like that.

I had a little blip with shipping time, but all it took was one email and they were very responsive and took care of me right away . Plus I love what this brand stands for.

Delivery issues need to be fixed. There are now posts on Reddit about Vegan Leather Co not delivering.

I really like the products, beautiful and well made, and ethical. One less star because it was hard to figure out when it would arrive and took awhile to get, but I'll be back soon for sure :)

Sometimes shipping takes a bit too long but communication is great
