Good day, shopping was easy. My only complaint is on the site when ordering I was asked about any instructions to add for delivery. I mentioned please leave on veranda. I was not made aware that no they could not do that nor was I aware I had to sign for it and I was not here when the vacuum arrived so missed it. This made tbing difficult for me as I have no car. I had to bother someone else to drife me to a post office to pick up the vacuum. Please tell customers they must sign for the delivery. I would have made sure I was at home. Thank you kindly.
