Very grateful that I was able to buy online. I also enjoyed their Youtube videos, which were very helpful ;) Now I know how to properly care for my new vacuum.

Found them through a youtube short. Checked out the website. I reached out just to check if there were any deals or discounts coming up. They responded on a Sunday (which was unexpected) and asked and answered questions I didnt even anticipate. They also price matched and set up everything in my shopping cart. Made it beyond easy.

The salesman was knowledgeable. And he did make a helpful suggestion, to replace the “big” power head that comes with the L1 wth a lighter power head. I do not have plush rugs, only area rugs so this was a good suggestion! Appreciated this advice.

Initially my shipment seemedto have been lost, but I contacted Vacuum Warehouse and they rectified the problem right away.

All good. As indicated in my response to the previous question: easy on-line ordering process and timely delivery.

Everything came safe and sound, only minor problems was the lack of communication. I had to reach out to get tracking information when only part of my order showed up without warning.

Everything was easy, their youtube video really helped me make my choice and the vacuum arrives very quickly.

First of all, I waited a month and a half for this order. I believe I sent you two emails asking why it was taking so long. I was told that the item was out of stock. If something is not in stock, it is not fair to keep saying that it will arrive “as soon as possible.” That is not proper customer service. But putting that issue aside, I finally received the hose, and it turns out that it is completely incompatible with my vacuum cleaner. This is not a mistake on my end — it is the correct hose

when it was taking too long - i reached out and from there on - they kept me updated

Took a week to be delivered, I was surprised as we are located in Ottawa, not that far from Toronto.
